On the National Register of Historic Places, the restored Parker Metal Building blends unique historic details with clean, contemporary lines. Highlights include original steel beams, exposed brick, and wood window sashes, with added modern elements such as concrete floors, raw timber ceilings, sleek railings, and second-story mezzanine. Our largest venue, the Winslow is a perfect fit for events of up to 250 for dinner & dancing, or up to 500 for cocktail parties.

Nestled in Baltimore's charming Hampden-Woodberry neighborhood, the Loom at Meadow Mill marries the perfect blend of old and new. An open concept event space, the Loom features high ceilings, large windows, exterior courtyard with fireplace, and 360 built-in bar. Our smallest venue, this space is the perfect spot for hosting intimate weddings and private events of up to 120 guests for cocktails, dinner & dancing, or cocktail parties of up to 200.
Our most casual venue, the brewery at M8 Beer is a great option for more relaxed events, such as wedding welcome reception or after parties, bridal & baby showers, birthdays, and holiday parties. But also a great option for those seeking a small and unique wedding! Conveniently located downtown in South Baltimore, the 2nd floor taproom can accommodate events of up to 100 seated or 150 standing. The space features rustic wood furnishings, floor-to-ceiling glass views in to the brewhouse, and private bar & bartender. A wide array of in-house catering options makes M8 Beer an easy, all-inclusive option for your next event.
